Important Dates for Summer 2024 Registration

D-clearance will be granted on an on-going basis from the dates below:

Tuesday, February 28, 2024 - Priority D-Clearance for PPHS students begins
Wednesday, March 13, 2024 - D-clearance for Non-PPHS students begins
Wednesday, May 8, 2024 - All D-Clearance requests expire; if you do not register prior to May 8th and still want to take the course, you must submit a new D-Clearance request.

Important Dates for Fall 2024 Registration

D-clearance will be granted on an on-going basis from the dates below:

Wednesday, March 27, 2024 - Priority D-Clearance for PPHS students begins
Monday, April 15, 2024 - D-clearance for Non-PPHS students begins
Monday, August 19, 2024 - All D-Clearance requests expire; if you do not register prior to August 19th and still want to take the course, you must submit a new D-Clearance request.

This form only allows for up to three (3) D-Clearance requests for courses with the PM prefix per form.

Do not use this form for any MPH ONLINE COURSES (session 407). Students may contact Chrystal Martinez to petition to enroll in MPH Online courses at ccromero@usc.edu.

For courses outside of PPHS, please contact the appropriate department. D-clearance information can be found by searching for the department on the Schedule of Classes: https://classes.usc.edu/.

D-Clearance requests are only accepted through this online form and will not be accepted through email. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing.
